Talk Play Grow is a well-established and rapidly growing Speech Pathology practice in Sydney’s Hills District. We pride ourselves on our passion and commitment to helping children communicate, connect and succeed. To do this, we are constantly learning and growing together. You’ll find us sharing our knowledge and skills with each other in 1:1 meetings, team trainings and case conferencing every week. We also come together once a quarter for our team PD day to celebrate our achievements and learn more about a range of professional practice areas.

We are looking for a Clinical Team Leader to join our team full time or part time.

Clinical Team Leader Jobs

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments to children up to 18 years of age experiencing communication delays and disorders using appropriate standardized and non-standardized assessment tools.
  • Develop measurable and achievable goals in collaboration with families for intervention
  • Provide appropriate intervention to children experiencing communication and/or feeding delays and disorders in clinic, preschool, school and home based settings
  • Provide education and information to parents/carers and others involved in the child’s care regarding communication delays and disorders and effective therapy approaches.
  • Manage a varied clinical caseload independently with the highest standard of clinical practice
  • Conduct regular meetings with your direct reports and participate in management meetings and strategic planning days
  • Assist in developing and implementing our professional development program
  • Provide clinical supervision to early career clinicians
  • Contribute to the implementation of our quality assurance systems

Salaried position

This means you’ll know exactly how much you’ll be paid each week and you’ll receive full leave entitlements so you’re paid for sick leave and annual leave
