This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the Team Leader – Clinical while also working closely with other key members of the team. Consideration of part time employment will be given to the right candidate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will:
- Provide comprehensive assessments to children experiencing delays and disorders using appropriate standardized and non-standardized assessment tools.
- Develop measurable and achievable goals in collaboration with families for intervention
- Provide appropriate intervention to children experiencing delays and disorders in clinic-based, preschool/school-based and home-based settings
- Provide education and information to parents/carers and others involved in the child’s care regarding developmental delays and disorders and effective therapy approaches.
- Manage a clinical caseload independently with the highest standard of clinical practice
- Ensure client records are complete and up to date and confidentiality is maintained

An amazing opportunity exists for a motivated and energetic Receptionist to join our vibrant and constantly growing paediatric Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy practice. We are looking for the right person to join our administration team and undertake the following duties:
- Welcome families to the clinic
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries
- Schedule appointments using practice management software
- Process payments
- General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
- Keep clinic maintained, tidy and clean
- Assist clinicians in session and resource preparation
